Since 2006, Chairman of the Board of the Foundation Kino&Taetr" (Saint Petersburg). In 2009, the Foundation was a Russian participant (producer) in the organization and shooting of an international musical project (film-concert) with Dmitry Hvorostovsky and Renee Fleming "Musical Odyssey in St. Petersburg". In 2010 the Fund implemented a number of projects in the framework of cross-border cooperation Russia - Finland (in the cities of Vyborg and Kotka), with the active participation of the Fund in musical festival “In the Vyborg side" and Film festival “Window to the Europe”.

In 2013 Foundation Kino &Teatr" launched the project of the same name art cinema in the hotel "Angleterre" Angleterre Cinema Lounge (www.angleterrecinema.ru), which became a haven for true connoisseurs of cinema in St. Petersburg, regular place for many film premier and festivals, one of them ArtDocFestival (Riga- Moscow-St.Petersburg).
